1. Services

With Leaderboards.golf, friends' clubs and golf clubs are able to facilitate live scoring and rankings for golf matches. After creating an account, you get your own environment (“golfspace”) where you can add players. Players can be added to leaderboards. A leaderboard is a list of scores for all players within a match in a championship. With your account, you can update the scores during the match, which are immediately visible to all visitors of the website. This allows visitors to see who is leading during the match. Since leaderboards are linked to matches or championships, it is also possible to create an archive and display trends.

2. Account

To use (some of) the functionalities of Leaderboards.golf, you must create an account. The following conditions apply:

• You ensure that all the information you provide when creating your account is accurate and up-to-date.
• You do not create an account in someone else's name.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you are sixteen years or older.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. It is not permitted to share them with third parties.
• We are not liable for any damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account or use of Leaderboards.golf by third parties via your account.

3. Use of Leaderboards.golf

We want to provide the best possible service that as many users as possible can enjoy. The following conditions apply for offering Leaderboards.golf for free:

• You are fully responsible and liable for all actions you perform using Leaderboards.golf.
• It is not permitted to use Leaderboards.golf in any misleading way.
• It is not permitted to use Leaderboards.golf in a way that could disrupt its operation.
• It is not permitted to scrape, spider, search, or otherwise use Leaderboards.golf improperly.
• It is not permitted to use Leaderboards.golf in a manner that infringes on our rights and/or those of third parties.
• It is not permitted to use Leaderboards.golf in violation of these terms, applicable laws and/or regulations, or in any other unlawful manner.
• We can restrict or block your usage rights at any time.
• We reserve the right to delete an account at any time if we believe that these rules are being violated, without being obligated to provide further explanation and without being liable for any damage.
• Use of Leaderboards.golf is at your own risk. You indemnify us for any damage and liability arising from your use of Leaderboards.golf.
• We do not provide any guarantees regarding Leaderboards.golf. There may be times when Leaderboards.golf is inaccessible, unsafe, or not working.
• We do not accept any liability for property or financial damage or any other disadvantage related to the use or misuse of Leaderboards.golf, as far as permitted by mandatory law. In any event, we are never liable for consequential damages, including pure financial losses, lost revenue and profits, loss of data, and intangible damages, related to or resulting from Leaderboards.golf. The only action you can take if you believe you have suffered damage is to stop using Leaderboards.golf and delete your account.
• If you notice that Leaderboards.golf is being used improperly, you can report it. We may then decide whether or not to delete an account. Leaderboards.golf is never obliged to proactively screen for potential unlawful use.
• If you wish to terminate your use of Leaderboards.golf, you can follow this link to delete your account.
• If you act in violation of the terms or if we receive complaints from other users about your use of Leaderboards.golf, we are entitled to suspend your use of Leaderboards.golf. If we have incurred damage as a result of your actions, we can claim this damage from you.

4. Rights

• All intellectual property rights regarding Leaderboards.golf remain with us.
• We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable right to access and use Leaderboards.golf solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• It is not permitted to perform actions that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Leaderboards.golf, such as registering domain names, trademarks, or Google AdWords that resemble or are identical to any object on which Leaderboards.golf holds intellectual property rights, downloading, copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or disclosing Leaderboards.golf for purposes other than those stated in these terms.
• You retain the intellectual property rights on data you post in the context of Leaderboards.golf, such as leaderboard scores (“content”).
• You acknowledge and agree that by making content available, you automatically grant us a free, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to publish and reproduce that content to the extent necessary for the provision of Leaderboards.golf.

5. Privacy

We strive to process as little personal data about you as possible. Read our privacy statement for more information.

6. Miscellaneous

• Leaderboards.golf may transfer rights and obligations arising from these terms to a third party. We will always inform you in advance. If you do not wish to continue using Leaderboards.golf thereafter, you can delete your account.
